April 18th - 7th District Meeting at Post 19. Meeting starts at 6:00 PM.
May 7th - Post 19 Monthly Meeting. Dinner at 6:00 will meeting to follow. Members with 60 or more years of
membership are encouraged to attend.
May 25th - Post 19 Pride Day...clean up the post. Come over at 8:00 AM or so.
June 1st - SAL 2nd Annual Classic Car and Motorcycle Show.
June 4th - Post 19 meeting. Dinner at 6:00 PM will meeting to follow.
June 14th - Flag Day Ceremony at Post 19...starts at 6:00 PM
CDs containing all Post 19 archives are available for $5.00. See Bob Stephenson if you want one.

The Post 19 facility can be rented for events such as weddings, showers, receptions, reunions,
graduations parties, anniversaries, etc.
- We offer a large Hall with seating for up to 250 guest
- Hall rental includes use of tables, chairs and kitchen
- Also, our Club room that seats 60 people is available for smaller events.

The Sons of the American Legion Squadron 19 is holding their annual Classic Car & Motorcycle Show at the
American Legion, 812 Nashville Hwy. Columbia, Tn on June 1st 2013, rain day will be June 2nd. It was suggested
that hosting a Car Show would be The Sons of the American Legion main event. A way that we could show our
commitment to the many worthwhile causes that The American Legion supports. 2012 was our first car show and
was successful enough that we plan to make it our annual tradition. We hope to continually make it more exciting for
the folks that enter their vehicles, spectators, vendors, and members of the Sons of The American Legion. Squadron
19 will be focusing on raising funds for the Fisher House. The Fisher House is like a Ronald McDonald House, but it
is there specifically for the benefit of Veterans and their families.

We had a great show last year with over 90 cars and trucks. This year’s show promises to be even bigger as the
word has spread and by popular request they are adding motorcycles.

With TWO Bands” “Great Food & Drinks” from our “Mess Hall” “Homemade Ice Cream”, and MORE Car, Truck and Motorcycle Vendors And this year were going to add a Kids Klassic Model Show. So, Kids bring your Car/Truck/Motorcycle models!! And maybe you’ll win! Dash Plaques for the first 50 cars and trucks. Trophies and door prizes, 50/50 and much more All Proceeds Will Benefit Veterans through the Sons of the American Legion. Show Registration 8 to 11 Entry Fee $20 Spaces for Arts & Crafts & Vendors $20.
